POTATO’S
BINGKA
Ingredients:
Sugar = 250 grams
Chicken egg = 3 pieces
Sacks of flour = 75 grams
= 1 sheet of pandan leaves
Santan = 1 milli liter or 1000 liter
Vanilla / Vanilla = half teaspoon / teaspoon
Half a teaspoon of salt = / tsp
The potatoes are boiled, peeled and softened = 250 gram

How to
cook:
1. Small fire simmered in
coconut milk with salt, pandan leaves
and vanilla to boiling and lift, strain and chill. Try the remaining coconut
milk about 600 ml
2. Sugar and eggs whipped-cream until fluffy half
3. Then put the potatoes are mushy / soft into it with flour and stir until blended.
4. Coconut milk mixed with potato egg mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Remove the mold that has been greased by butter Cover baking paper.
6. Pour the batter and put into the oven for baking temperature of 180 degrees Celsius in 45 minutes.

Bahan-Bahan:
Gula
pasir = 250 gram
Telor
ayam = 3 buah
Tepung
trigu = 75 gram
Daun
pandan = 1 lembar
Santan
= 1 liter atau 1000 mili liter
Vanili
/ Panili = setengah sendok teh / sdt
Garam
= setengah sendok teh / sdt
Kentang
yang sudah direbus, dikupas dan dilunakkan = 250 gram
Cara
Memasak :
1. Santan
direbus di api kecil bersama dengan garam, daun pandan dan panili sampai
mendidih lalu angkat, saring dan dinginkan. Santan yang tersisa usahakan
sekitar 600 ml
2. Gula pasir
dan telur ayam dikocok-kocok hingga setengah mengembang
3. Lalu masukkan
kentang yang sudah benyek / lunak ke dalamnya beserta terigu lalu diaduk hingga
rata.
4. Santan
dicampur dengan campuran telur kentang dan aduk hingga licin.
5. Keluarkan
cetakan yang sudah dilumuri oleh mentega di alasi kertas roti.
6. Tuangkan adonan
dan masukkan ke dalam oven untuk dipanggang dalam suhu 180 derajat celcius 45
menit lamanya.
